“As long as poverty, injustice and gross inequality persist in our world, none of us can truly rest.”

This was the thought provoking topic of the discussion and presentation of Grade VI E of MRIS-Sector14, Faridabad. The Students reflected the courage of Nelson Mandela, who stood up against injustice and fought to accomplish his dream of equality. They were briefed about his thought that one should be able to make a difference to the society through his actions like he did.

The Students discussed about his struggle in South Africa and his sacrifices to abolish racism from the world. Through a well scripted play they gave the message that he never felt inferior in doing his work and showcased courage in all the circumstances. They also emphasized to gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience of life instead to have fear of the result.  The inspirational song ‘We are the World we are the Children’ was enjoyed by all.
