MRIS envisions to make its students sensitive ‘manavs’ with a perfect blend of knowledge and character. Keeping this aim in mind, MRIS-46, Gurugram under the aegis of Dr. O. P. Bhalla Foundation has associated itself with Haryana Government’s Muskaan Project and has been closely working with GGSSS & Govt. Girls Primary School, Badshahpur.
Over a period of time, MRIS 46 has been responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the School. Whitewashing and painting has been undertaken along with beautification of walls. Library and activity rooms are now fully furnished and functional. As a summer project, MRIS Students volunteered and were actively associated in the whitewashing of the School premises at Badshahpur.
English learning programme, Story-telling and Reading sessions, Art, Craft and Painting, Music and Dance sessions are regularly conducted by MRIS 46 Students.
The School also took in its fold the responsibility of maintaining and upkeeping of the School Garden, which earlier was a barren patch, at Govt Girls Primary School, Badshahpur. Taking utmost care of ensuring pure and safe water at Govt Girls Primary School, Badshahpur, MRIS 46 is installing an RO for the convenience of the Students. MRIS 46 has also initiated and completed electrical connections for the Computer Lab.
The journey is long and arduous but a very fruitful one. Having completed Tier-1 of the Muskaan Project, we are now ready to move to Tier-2 i.e. the Academic support and here we also wish our parents to join in, and contribute in any area of their choice. Let us all get together and bring in the CHANGE!
