At MRIS, we believe that teachers influence students’ achievements through their pedagogical methods. Professional Development is one of the key factors that ensure that teachers keep building their skills to give effective learning to students.
Teachers of Early Years and Grade I from MRIS-46 Gurugram attended ‘Jodo Gyan’ Workshop based on Mathematics – one of the core components in early learning. Aimed at enriching the school’s curriculum practices, the workshop focused on learning of Numbers and Number Sense, Number Operations and Geometry. This was followed by comprehensive ‘Peer Training Sessions’ conducted by the participating teachers within the school.
