Manav Rachna International School, Charmwood (MRIS, CW) believes in making learning fun for students. To incorporate this, the school is organizing the ‘GANIT Week’ from 18th December to 20th December 2017. It is aimed to stimulate the interest of students in Mathematics as a subject and develop a sense in them that studying maths is fun.
Throughout the week, the students will participate in various activities like solving quizzes, Sudoku puzzles, Mathematical relay race, etc.
The first day of the week saw great participation from Grade I-V Students in Fancy Dress competition (Theme- Mathematical Shapes and I am a mathematician), Drawing Competition (Theme-CHRISTMAS, Using 2 D Shapes), Relay race- (Theme–4 operations of math) and Rangometry (Theme – Mathematics). While students from Grade VI onwards solved Sudoku puzzles, participated in Mental Math quiz and Relay Race.
The first day of the week was a great success with a amazing learning and the other days are expected to bring more fun and learning for students.
