Birds fascinate the little minds because of their eye-catching colours, captivating sounds, gasp, fly and they do a remarkable job of building nests.With the chance to explore and observe the bird`s nest, the Bloomies of Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana made a nest with paper mache in their junk modelling learning centre.
Kids enjoyed the nest making activity using Fevicol, newspapers and fixing of a bird with some eggs in the nest. Although simple, yet innovative, the nest building activity helped the kids to develop literacy skills, communication skills, empathy and making meaningful connections with friends. They also learnt that birds gather twigs, grass and even leaves to assemble their nests. This wonderful creation of God surprised and enlightened them a lot.
