Students enjoy school trips a lot as it acts as a catalyst in their growth years. It helps to explore the outside world and develop a sense of unity and understanding in them. With this thought, Manav Rachna International School, Sector-14, Faridabad organized a visit to Apno Ghar, Gurugram, for the Nursery and KG kids. The place offered myriad possibilities of recreation and relaxation to the little ones.
The park proved to be the rejuvenation hub with fun, adventure and learning experiences for the children. Kids had a jovial time with their friends while taking fun rides like Jet plane, Western train, Caterpillar ride, Merry go round, Coin rides etc. They also experienced various adventurous activities like Air gun shooting, Dart, Trampoline, Rope Climbing, Burma Bridge, Commando crawl, etc. at the Activity Park section. Children cherished splendid time spent with their peer group and teachers at the area turned into a village while discovering the vibrant culture and typical Indian village.
The uncovered tradition and ways of rural invigorated their spirits. The jute cots, bullock and horse cart, decorated rikshaw, lantern, black and white Television etc. helped the children to get an authentic experience of the rural parts of India. They also tried various traditional activities and games like chakki, charkha, pottery, tug of war, kite flying, etc. The kids relished sumptuous meals and snacks and refreshing beverages throughout the day. Overall it was an adventurous exposure for the little ones.
