The talk for the students of grade I to grade VII was organised by Mr Gurmeet Singh, the environmentalist who made the students aware of the existence of wildlife and its importance in the ecosystem. Mr Puneet from WWF (World Wide Fund for Nature) and Environment Education Officer, Punjab presented an animated movie: ‘The Jungle Gang’ in which the students learnt about the effect of animals on environment. Hands-on activities were done by toddlers including understanding parts of a plant and leaf printing.
