The 8th Inter Manav Rachna Taekwondo Championship 2018 is an effort to provide a platform to the participants to show their skills and imbibe values like integrity, sportsmanship, endurance and harmony. It exposes them to the new facets of sports and prepares them for the future.
MRIS 21-C organized a two-day Inter- Manav Rachna Taekwondo Championship- 2018 in the school premises. The day of the event wore a festive look with flags and banners adding colors to the venue. The Principal, Ms. Seema Malhotra, welcomed Director Sports Sh. Sarkar Talwar. He began the event with lighting of the lamp and declared the meet open. In his address, he stressed upon the objective of organizing such events to groom the all-round personality of the students. He shared that more than 3,000 thousand students will be participating in various disciplines. The event had students in the age group from 6 yrs. to above 14 years. Almost 190 students from various branches of Manav Rachna Schools had participated in the event.
