We, at Manav Rachna believe that it is imperative to encourage our children to learn about our country and to respect and value it. In keeping with the spirit of having celebrated Independence Day, we wanted our children to express their thoughts about our country by dressing up in different attires representing states of India and talk about it. Therefore a competition was planned for our children of Nursery at MRIS 21C Faridabad… ‘YEH MERA INDIA…DRESSED TO SPEAK’. The children looked charming as they came dressed up in attires from different states of India. It was heartening to watch them speak about India with much pride and confidence.
Activities such as this go a long way in strengthening language development and pride in one’s nation, besides developing confidence in public
