Manav Rachna International School, Mohali organized District Rifle Shooting Championship on July 13 & 14, 2019, under the supervision of District Rifle Shooting Association, Mohali at Shooting Range, Manav Rachna Sports Academy. The two-day event commenced with the felicitation of the Chief Guest, Mr. Deep Singh Sidhu, President DRSA, Mohali and the Guest of Honour, Mr. Ramandeep Pratap, Secretary DSRA, Mohali by Ms. Taruna Vashisht, Principal MRIS, Mohali. Many professional and veteran shooters across the region participated in Rifle and Pistol events in all categories under NR and ISSF rules. The event culminated with an Award Ceremony for the winners, who were awarded medals and certificatesfor their meritorious performance.
