The students of Grade V and VI of MRIS-Sector14, Faridabad, were enthralled as they participated and interacted in a workshop conducted by none other than Writer and Story Teller, Ilika Ranjan who transported these children into a world of imagination and fun by spinning stories and getting the children to speak. As she made them participate in the workshop “Meet the Author” one could see the children get involved, excited and putting on their thinking caps.
Earlier before the workshop started, Principal Ms. Mamta Wadhwa, had introduced Ilika Ranjan who has authored the book ‘Secrets of Zynpagua’ and also mentioned how the students in School are encouraged to develop proper reading habits. The workshop was also attended by the headmistress, Ms. Shalini Bindra and members of the teaching staff.
The children had a fulfilling time and it this experience gave them a lot of food for thought.
