Beating the Heat- Trip to Shimla and Kufri!
Manav Rachna International School, Ludhiana believes in giving their students a holistic approach towards life, believing in the spirit of Adventure, students were taken on an adventure trip to the pristine mountains of Shimla.
The Students of Grade V to VIII of MRIS, Ludhiana and the Students of Grade I to V of MRIS-51, Gurugram were a part of the trip under the supervision of the School Principal and the staff members from both the schools.
Everyone had a great time at a three day trip to Shimla and Kufri. The Students enjoyed adventure activities at the amusement park. The salubrious weather of Himachal rejuvenated them thoroughly.
Students found themselves engrossed throughout the day in various activities, shopping, Visit to Kufri, exploring the mall, visiting the church and loads of dancing and merry making. To go on a trek was literally a spell-binding experience for our children.
They also visited the famous Pinjore Gardens, also known as the Yadavindra Gardens, having terraced gardens which feature the Rajasthani Mughal style Shish Mahal, the Rang Mahal and the cubical Jal Mahal.
