We at Manav Rachna believe in inculcating good human values in our students so that they grow to become knowledgeable and compassionate human beings and do well in life. For the purpose special assembly was organized by Grade-IV. Hiroshima Day is not a day of celebration; it is a day of remembrance. This somber observance is a reminder of a quarter of a million souls who have perished due to a single catastrophic explosion on a bright and beautiful sunny Monday morning of the 6th of August 1945 in Hiroshima, brought about by an American nuclear attack. The students explained the importance of world peace and harmony to have nuclear war free world. Students sung a beautiful song in the memory of the people who lost their life in Hiroshima Nuclear attack. It was a very thought provoking assembly where everybody felt filled with compassion.
