Republic Day was celebrated at the MRIS, Noida Campus on 25th January, 2017 to spread the awareness about the Indian Constitution and to instill a sense of patriotism among the students. The students of Grade 5 presented an assembly. The students spoke about The Republic Day and the importance of being a Sovereign, Socialist, Secular, Democratic and Republic Country. Grade 1 sang the Patriotic songs and performed for the day. Vice Principal, Ms. Nindiya Saket spoke about the small contributions that the school students can make in uplifting the society and the way the patriotism may be related to the rights and duties of today’s children. The school atmosphere was filled with a sense of patriotism and pride to be an Indian.
The students of MRIS, Noida who had brought laurels to the school by winning medals in National Cyber Olympiad were also felicitated.

Ayushmaan Sharma of Grade 3 won Bronze Medal
Palak Sharma of Grade 4 won Gold Medal
Tejas Choudhary of Grade 6 won Gold Medal
Vijyant Sharma of Grade 7 won Gold Medal
A special mention for Anushka Verma of Grade 1 (Asia) who won ‘Creative BrillianceDiamond Artist Award in Picasso Art Contest for the Category 6 – 10 yrs. She scored a score of 8.2 out of 10.
