VIBRANCY AND PATRIOTISM AT ITS BEST

68th Republic Day was celebrated at MRIS Charmwood with great pomp and show. The splendid cultural presentation by the vivacious students instilled the indomitable spirit of patriotism and gaiety among the students. The amalgamation of patriotic songs, action songs, drama & speeches left the audience spell bound and inculcated among the students a sense of belongingness and love for the country. The play depicting the journey of The Constitution highlighting its special features, preamble and important meetings and dates provided a multitude of information about Our Constitution.

Early Years stars presented a patriotic dance in the honor of their country India. Children were told the importance of our national flag and what each color stands for, the chakra and its spokes. Our young patriots did mass singing of different songs like sarre jahaan se accha, we are the future, we shall overcome and much more.

The chief guest of the day Group Captain, Mr. Ajay Singh was highly impressed with the exemplary performance of the students. He congratulated the students and staff for its hard work. He guided the students about the opportunities available to them to make a career in the Defence Forces. He said that if one is passionate about a goal, there is no force which can stop him to achieve it. The entire program was a complete package of information, talent, entertainment and knowledge which left the audience charged with energy and enthusiasm to achieve the unattainable feats.

Children were shown a PowerPoint presentation on Republic Day parade. They were told that we should be proud to be an Indian and to be responsible future citizens. Keeping this in mind our Toddler children carried out a peace parade on this day, they planted saplings to show prosperity and gifted their favorite clothes and toys to poor and needy children of “Anubhav Ek Ehsaas” children.
